This only about half the amount of salt I got from about a litre of sea water, but I forgot to take a photo as I was too busy getting everyone to taste it and tell me that YES it is the best salt they have ever tasted much better than Maldon. " Don't you think you can really taste the sea?"
I do need however to brush up on my chemistry to get the salt to form larger flakes. It was surprisingly pleasing after staring at a pan of water just boiling for ages to see the salt crystals forming, logically you know it will happen but it's still a bit magic.
